At Shanshal Chocolate, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artisanal chocolates. Because our products are perishable food items and are sensitive to temperature and handling, we maintain a strict No Return / No Exchange policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is due to the nature of chocolate as a perishable food product, which cannot be resold once it has left our temperature-controlled environment.
While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is physically damaged or incorrect (wrong item sent), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We take every precaution to package our chocolates for transit; however, chocolate is sensitive to heat. Shanshal Chocolate is not responsible for melting that occurs during transit if the recipient is not available to receive the package upon the first delivery attempt, or if the package is left in a warm environment after delivery.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the preparation or shipping phase. Once an order is "Dispatched" or "In Progress," cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds are only issued in the rare event of a verified fulfillment error on our part or a confirmed quality defect. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, at the discretion of Shanshal Chocolate.
